Shipping & Returns Policy
Once you have placed an order, the preparation of the items you have ordered will take approx 5 working days (plus shipping time!). We do not own a warehouse, therefore all of the orders received are processed on a "first come, first served" basis and the clothing made bespoke to your request by hand. Orders placed on a Friday after 1pm will be processed on the following Monday! Longer production times may be possible in case of higher order volumes or during holiday seasons. E-coupons will be sent to your email address directly in a couple of days.

- Expected Delivery time frames
We accept national and international shipment (unfortunately we do not ship to the UK) for countries within the European Union only. Estimated preparation of the order is 5 working days plus delivery (delivery is based on customs clearance, distance and shipping time!) For requests to deliver to the USA, please contact us for a bespoke quotation before placing the order!
Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by Covid related changing regulations and lockdowns.

International Shipping via different shipping agents:
As soon as your order is ready we will book the shipping via our shipping agent and send you a confirmation email with the parcel number for you to be able to track the journey of your parcel. A courier will deliver your package to your selected shipping address**. You will be notified of the shipment by directly via email and text message with an expect delivery date and time frame.
(**We are not responsible for delivery to wrong addresses, it is the client's responsibility to make sure the delivery address is correct and any extra notes are added in the relevant section at the time of order!!)
We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated delivery times given to us by our shipping agents. Please note that delivery times are estimated with each carrier and cannot be 100% guaranteed. If your order has not been delivered within the estimated time frame shown, please feel free to contact us by email and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We will not be liable for any loss or damages caused to you by late delivery over the estimated date provided by our courier. Should your item arrive to you in a damaged box please contact the courier company directly. Our shipping prices are an average calculation and depend on each shipping agent's fee. We reserve the right to make amendments to our shipping prices should the shipping agent decide to make an increase/decrease on them accordingly.
- EXCHANGE - If for some reason you are not happy with your product due to a defect you can return it to us for an exchange:
In order to qualify for an exchange, you must request this within 30 days from the original purchase date as shown in your order confirmation email, any item(s) returned for exchange must be in unworn condition, with all original packaging and tags intact and still attached. We only accept returned items by post, however we do not offer free returns nor cover the cost for the postage. This cost must be paid by the consumer. The consumer is responsible for any and all returned items until it has reached us. We recommend using a secure delivery method which requires tracking or a signature upon receipt. (See our Shipping & Returns Policy for full details of how to return your item.)
Please allow 7 working days from receipt of your item at our facilities for your exchange to be processed (not including delivery). In case of an exchange request, please remember that we will need to re-make your order from scratch as we do not own a shop.
- Refusing returns:
We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our returns criteria (for example worn items or items returned without original packaging or tags). If a returned item cannot be accepted by us, we will contact you to arrange the shipping back to your address, we cannot issue refunds for items which are refused due to a breach of our return’s terms. Any refused returns items that cannot be accepted to your address will be disposed of by us after 30 days of storage.
The consumer is fully responsible to make sure that the returned item is the correct item. Please note, we cannot accept liability for any returned deliveries that were not intended for SluntSwear.com and we will not be able to compensate for the loss of these items. Any items incorrectly delivered to us that cannot be returned, will be disposed of after 30 days storage.
- Non Delivery
It is the buyer’s responsibility to notify us if the goods have not been received within 21 days (HU) & 35 Days (International) of the estimated delivery date or purchase date as shown on your order confirmation email. If no notification is made within this time, the buyer shall be deemed to have received the goods.
CANCELLATION: Please add the term ‘Order Cancellation’ and your order number in the subject line of your email to us, and ensure that all order details, including order number, are included within the message. As we cancel the order, we will also process the refund.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless there has been a mistake with your order, and original shipping costs are not eligible for a refund. Please be aware that you are responsible for the returned item until it has reached us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

- Items purchased at SluntSwear.com may be returned up to 30 days after the original purchase date.
- Items must be in as new condition and returned in their original packaging with tags attached or returned. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our returns criteria. (pls read out Terms & Conditions)
- WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS for ordering the wrong size clothing or a change of heart!! Please make sure to double check your order before you place it, or contact us on the same day you place the order to amend the size requirements should you have made a mistake during the order process! The size charts are available for all products.
- WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS of items purchased elsewhere than SluntSwear.com!
- SluntSwear will provide a full refund for the value of the purchased item in the same form as the original payment only subject to a written withdrawal request from the client. Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment. Please read about cancellation of order on our T&Cs.
- We offer to the client the availability to exchange the purchased item should the size or the item resulted in a mistake made at the time of the order by the client. We are not responsible and DO NOT OFFER for return postage costs.
- Any refused returns items that cannot be accepted to your address will be disposed of by us after 30 days of storage.
- We do not accept liability for any returns deliveries that were not meant for SluntSwear and we will therefore not provide compensation for the loss of these items. Any items incorrectly delivered to us that cannot be returned will be disposed of after 30days of storage.
